The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double sofa bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a balcony or terrace, an elevator and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin, a bath and a bidet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a stove and a microwave.

The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the southern climate, where you will find a shared chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 30m x 18m. For the little ones there is a children's playground so that they can enjoy their holidays to the full. There is also a tennis court, a paddle tennis court and even a ping-pong table which you can book for a different kind of morning's fun. At the beach bar you can have a drink after a full day at the beach.

Situated on the first floor with lift, the flat is modern and cosy. You can enjoy a morning coffee on the terrace in the sunshine and tranquillity. Once inside, the living room is equipped with Smart TV and a sofa bed for two guests. It also has two fans. The induction cooker is equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to cook in comfort and feel at home. The bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub completes your stay. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you are travelling with your baby we can provide a highchair and cot.

The flat is located in Isla Cristina, a beautiful municipality on the southwest coast of Huelva. It is known for its golden sandy beaches, its delicious gastronomy and its relaxed and friendly atmosphere. A stroll around the fishing port is fascinating to watch the activity of the fishermen as they unload their catch of the day and then enjoy fresh seafood in the nearby restaurants in the area. The natural park of the Marismas de Isla Cristina is a paradise for nature lovers and is ideal for hiking and cycling. You can also take the opportunity to make excursions to nearby places such as the neighbouring town of Ayamonte, the border with Portugal or the unspoilt beaches of the Costa de la Luz.

The swimming pool and beach bar is open from 1 June to 30 September. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.

On 100 meter of Las Americas you will find one or more restaurants. There is a mall nearby, in 200 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Las Americas in Isla Cristina you can go to the beach or the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
