The interior of the house, located in a building with elevator, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, is perfect to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob, as well as all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, access to one of the terraces and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Another has a trundle bed and access to the terrace and the last one has a single bed. If you travel with extra people, you will be able to rest on the double sofa bed, located in the living room. Another bathroom with shower serves the accommodation. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and a highchair.

This fabulous apartment is located just 130 meters from Playa Alexis, an ideal place where you can enjoy the sea, the sun, water sports or a drink at sunset. In addition the area offers all the necessary services for your stay, such as supermarkets, bars or restaurants. There are also several golf courses nearby if one day you want to change activities.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
