Located on the first floor with a lift and distributed on one floor, you will be welcomed by a spacious living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV. It will undoubtedly become the perfect space to extend your evenings. The small open-plan kitchen has a ceramic hob and all the basic utensils you need to cook comfortably. It also has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there is a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. A separate bathroom with a shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and highchair.

Just 90 meters from your accommodation you will find Las Gaviotas Beach, the perfect place to relax on the sand, sunbathe, swim in the warm waters of the Mediterranean, or take part in a variety of water sports such as water skiing, windsurfing, and paddle surfing. The area also offers all the necessary services for your stay, such as supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. We encourage you to visit the Sohail Castle, an ancient Moorish fortress situated on a hill with panoramic views of the town and the sea. There are also several golf courses nearby if you want a change of scenery one day.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
