Private: swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 50 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Garden furniture, barbecue. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach "Burriana" 4.5 km. Sports harbour 17 km, golf course (18 hole) 24 km. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
