This delightful flat, situated in the Puerto Alto Urbanisation, is perfect for up to 5 guests seeking relaxation and comfort. The community features a spacious garden area ideal for unwinding, along with a large communal chlorine pool measuring 25x10 meters, with depths ranging from 1.5 to 2 meters. For children, there is a safe 9x9 meter pool with a constant depth of 0.5 meters. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower and sun umbrellas for your convenience. The flat is located on the first floor, accessible via stairs.

Upon entering, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring a ceramic hob and all the essential utensils for comfortable cooking. The living-dining area, complete with a television, offers a cozy space to enjoy quality time with your companions. For rest, the accommodation includes three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a second bedroom also with a double bed, and a third bedroom with a trundle bed. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a baby cot. A bathroom with a shower completes the space for your convenience.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
