For children, there's a separate round pool, 6 metres in diameter and 0.3 metres deep, offering a safe and fun environment. The complex also features an outdoor shower, a tennis court, and direct access to the on-site bars for your convenience and enjoyment.

The flat is situated on the ninth floor of a building with lift access. It features a small balcony furnished with a table and four chairs—perfect for enjoying breakfast while taking in the sea views.

Inside, the bright living-dining area includes air conditioning and a Smart TV for your comfort and entertainment. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, offers all the utensils you need to cook with ease. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available for your convenience.

When it’s time to rest, the property offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed comprising two single beds—ideal for families. A full bathroom with a bathtub completes the setup, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
