For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 150 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct. pool opening hours: 10:00-22:00). Outdoor shower, public car park at 20 m. Supermarket 350 m, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, bus stop 1 km. Sports harbour 600 m, golf course (27 hole) 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
