The modern flat on the ground floor has a cosy living room with air conditioning, Smart TV and satellite channels, where we also find the kitchen with gas hob. To relax, our guests will find 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two of them with double beds -one with en-suite bathroom- and the last one with bunk beds. The extra guest will be able to rest on the sofa bed in the living room. There is another bathroom with shower. In addition, the house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and we can provide you with a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The flat is close to the centre, where you can find the emblematic Arquillo del Reloj, one of the most outstanding architectural elements of the city. You can also take a stroll along the Alameda del Rio, visit one of Chiclana's seven viewpoints and enjoy delicious tapas and wines in the area's many bars and restaurants.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
