In addition there is a patio, a terrace, a garden, an air conditioner, a set of garden furniture, a sandbox, a billiard and a barbecue and there are two swimming pools. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a hairdryer, a toilet and a washbasin.

Note: The maximum occupancy for the villa is 6 people. For each additional person not listed with the guests, the cost is 20 euros per night. The costs can be paid upon departure, if applicable. The accommodation can and may NEVER accommodate more than 6 people.

To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 23:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
