General

The holiday home for 8 persons has five bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a stereo, two fireplaces and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue and there are three air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five toilets, five washbasins and seven showers.

The holiday home has a freezer, two washing machines, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a stove, two dishwashers, a coffee maker and a microwave.

An optional utilities and service fee of EUR 200,00 will be charged before your arrival. Details are given below.
This detached holiday home with a private pool is in a rural area on a large property just outside Arenas. From the various terraces (1 with BBQ) you have a beautiful view over the sea, the orchard and the village of Arenas. The village of Arenas (2km) has a bakery, small supermarket, pharmacy and three restaurants. In Vélez-Málaga (8 km) you will find supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy. In Torre del Mar you can enjoy the (child-friendly) sandy beaches with beach bars. You can also stroll in the car-free streets with countless bars and restaurants. There is a bubble bath and a lovely garden for relaxation with your friends and family. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (of which 2 with a duo shower). If you want to come with more people, you can rent Villa Bandoleros (BF-FCH3). This place is good for a total of 18 people! Please note: the last 2 km to the house go over a narrow mountain road, to ride well, but for people with serious heights not suitable.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 200,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
