General

The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with seven single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a DVD player, a TV, a stereo and two heaters. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue, a swimming pool and a set of garden furniture and there are two terraces and five air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with three showers, two toilets, four washbasins and two baths.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, two washing machines and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there are two cots and two high chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a stove and a coffee maker.

Parking is on-site, though note the final stretch to the villa is a rustic rural route with a short unpaved section—best navigated with a 4x4 for added comfort.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
