The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator and is spread over two levels. It features a loft-style layout with open spaces and no doors in the bedrooms.

Upon entering, the ground floor includes a living-dining area with Smart TV, an open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, a sleeping area with a double bed and wardrobe, and a full bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cook comfortably and feel at home. Next to the staircase there is a single bed, and going up to the second floor, before accessing the rooftop terrace, you will find another single bed. There is air conditioning and a portable radiator that you can place wherever you prefer. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
