The holiday home for 13 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds, four double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a porch, a barbecue and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a shower, two washbasins, a bath with shower and two bidets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker and a stove.

It features four bedrooms with options for extra beds, along with two bathrooms equipped with bidets. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for easy meal preparation, including a coffee maker.

Throughout the house, guests enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a television, a fan, radiator heating in every room, a washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. The home is designed with step-free access and interior adaptations for greater comfort. Outdoors, a private covered terrace invites you to relax, while the private pool (open June to September, with flexible opening upon request) offers the perfect spot to cool off. Additional amenities include a barbecue area, an outdoor shower, and beautiful mountain views. The shared garden features a vegetable patch and a chicken coop, giving guests the unique opportunity to enjoy garden produce and homemade olive oil. Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Up to two pets are welcome, and smoking or events may be allowed with prior approval. Guest registration is required.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
