Just a few kilometers from the district of La Joya lies this old rural house. Situated on a 10,000 m2 plot, surrounded by abundant native Mediterranean trees, it is sure to become a favorite spot for spending long hours relaxing, accompanied by the sound of birds.
Tranquility and privacy are its main attributes, and from any of its terraces you can enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Montes de Málaga and the Sierra de Las Nieves mountains.
The house has been renovated, maintaining its original construction elements such as the wooden and cane beam ceilings, clay floors, and wrought iron grilles, among others. Combined with its modern decor, it creates its characteristic warm and welcoming atmosphere.
It is fully equipped for four people and has two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Living-dining room located between the two bedrooms, fireplace, kitchen, dishwasher, oil-fired central heating, terraces, barbecue, private pool, and all the necessary amenities for a good rest after your visits to nearby towns and cities.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
