Dream villa with panoramic sea views and pool close to the sea
The beautiful detached "Villa Sur" with a 125 m² sun terrace offers you a breathtaking panoramic view of the open sea, the cliffs and the Sierra Nevada.
This exceptional villa with a plot size of around 1,800 m² and 265 m² of living space offers space for 8 people and is just an 8-minute walk from the nearest beach and a park. The spacious rooms are very stylish and luxuriously furnished with antique and contemporary furniture. Many of the rooms have breathtaking sea views.
The property is completely fenced and allows for a relaxing, private holiday. "Villa Sur" also has 2 parking spaces in the courtyard.
The terrace, private pool (10 x 6 m) and the bar area with barbecue adjoining the pool are located on the sea side with panoramic sea views and direct beach views.
In the lower area there is a large garden with 19 varieties of fruit trees (oranges, lemons, mango, papaya, persimmon, passion fruit, lychee, banana, kiwi, fig, mispelo, chirimoya, carissa, apple and pomegranate). You are welcome to help yourself to the ripe fruit to your heart's content.
