The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a boules court, a table tennis table, a sandbox and a football table and there are two air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two toilets and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The sleeping arrangements provide both comfort and flexibility across two levels. The first floor contains a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, while the ground floor hosts a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. This primary suite offers added privacy with direct access from the outside. To ensure a pleasant stay regardless of the season, both sleeping areas include air conditioning, and a second bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor. Outside, a private terrace with garden furniture and a parasol offers a perfect spot for shaded relaxation.

Guests at the complex enjoy access to a wide array of shared amenities designed for recreation and convenience. The grounds feature a swimming pool with a dedicated children’s section, open from May through October, as well as a tennis court, boules court, and table tennis. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
