The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and is equipped with a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with two heathers and a heather. In addition there is an air conditioner, a swimming pool, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a tennis court, a table tennis table, a boules court, a football table and a sandbox. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

This is one of the last unspoiled areas of Europa. Aan the coast south of the Sierra de Aracena to find its picturesque fishing villages and beautiful, peaceful beaches. The bustling capital of Andalusia, Seville, is so close that during the stay in the Molino one or more day trips to the city to plan.

Please note that the washing machine and dryer are for shared use. Each house does not have its own.

Note: Only cats and non-dangerous dog breeds, as defined under Spanish law, are accepted.

On 1,2 kilometer of The Owl you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 20 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 1,2 kilometer. You can also relax, because near The Owl in Alájar you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
