This newly renovated house is located in a small, quiet village, 5 minutes from Kobarid and 900 meters from the Nadiza River, where you can swim. The centerpiece of the house is the refreshing pool, exclusively for your use. The ground floor features a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony. There is also a pleasant terrace by the pool. The house is situated in the heart of the Nadiza Valley, near the Soča Valley, in a peaceful setting surrounded by mountains and the river, offering opportunities for hiking, cycling, outdoor and water sports, climbing, paragliding, and more. It is also close to the renowned Hiša Franko restaurant.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
