The accomodation has an open-concept design, the space flows seamlessly without traditional room divisions. Upstairs, there are two cosy double mattresses, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. There is a separate bathroom with a shower, WC, and sink, adding both convenience and privacy. A second WC is also available for guests.

The kitchen-diner is fully equipped, offering a fridge, induction hob, coffee machine, and electric kettle, and provides ample space for family meals. The property is situated on the ground floor, ensuring easy access.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
