The living room has a dining area and a sofa bed for one person and an additional bunk bed for two. The separate bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, and the bathroom has a shower and toilet.Guests staying in the apartments have access to the Wellness House, which spans two floors. The first floor features a heated pool with naturally energised water and a whirlpool with a massage effect (34 °C), which is included in the price. The second floor houses the Sauna World, which features five different saunas — a Finnish sauna, a chromotherapy sauna, a Turkish steam bath, an aroma steam bath and a hammam sauna — as well as an ice cave, a Kneipp pool and a massage pool. The wellness experience can be complemented by a selection of premium massages and beauty treatments. The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
