The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The flat is located on a plateau above Ajdovščina, at the edge of the forest and is an excellent starting point for hiking or biking. There is a beautiful view of the valley, which reaches the sea in good weather.

In front of the house there is a picturesque, large garden.

Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.Regardnig beds in bedrooms:- A bunk bed in a small room - can be for kids only, though width of bed is 90 cm. ( could also bedetached into two single beds - not bunkbed if necessery)- another bunkbed consists of Queen bed size below and 90 cm width bed above ( i have marked that asqueen size + extra bed.) You can change it accordingly if changes needs to be made. This room wasment as doubble bedroom- a room with two single beds

The house is made of stones, completely renovated with underfloor heating throughout the house.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
