This holiday home is in a stunning location in Igreja Sistelo in the Minho Region in northern Portugal. It is embedded in between the Vez River and the Peneda Geres National Park.

The covered patio is furnished with a wooden table and six chairs. There is also a barbecue on the veranda. Enjoy the stunning views of the Vez River, the valley and the mountains.

The comfortable country home accommodates four people; during renovations, the original character was retained. The house offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second one with two single beds and a sofa bed; all beds are 2 meters long. The ensuite bathroom offers a bathtub, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. The second bathroom boasts a shower, a toilet and a sink. The spacious living/dining room is furnished with a sofa bed for two, a cable flat screen television with over 100 channels, a stereo, a DVD player, a home cinema system with full surround sound and a dining table and six chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. Wireless internet access is available free of charge. The house does have air conditioning (heating/cooling). Firewood for the fireplace can be purchased in the local supermarket.

A small supermarket is accessible on foot. Other restaurants and shops can be found in the surrounding villages. The historic architecture of the town with its castle, the well, the church and the bridges are gorgeous. Nature lovers will enjoy the hiking trails in the Peneda Geres National Park. Discover vineyards along the wine route. Visit one of the many festivals. Go shop at the local markets.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
