The holiday home for 12 persons has eight bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels), a fireplace and a DVD player. The property is beautifully situated on the slope of a hill on the green Atlantic coast of Portugal in the area of Perre, close to Viana do Castelo in northern Portugal.

The hundred-year-old country house offers scenic tourism with the typical architecture of Portugal and provides space for families or large groups. The property is enclosed by stone walls. The spacious country kitchen is fully equipped and offers ample seating. Additionally, there are several living areas where you can linger. A total of seven bedrooms with their own bathrooms are available. One bedroom with a double bed and one with four single beds as well as a large living room are on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and one with four single beds, plus a dining room, reception room, a large and fully equipped kitchen and a living room. Furthermore, there is a separate building on the property near the house with a bedroom that can sleep four, a living room, and a bathroom. Each room is decorated with furniture that is typical of the region. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, microwave, coffee machine, oven and gas hob.

The house is surrounded by extensive gardens, which are equipped with outdoor furniture. At the lower part of the property is a stream which paints a breathtaking picture together with the gardens. You can take a refreshing dip here in the sunken granite water basin. Parking is available on the property.

The beaches on the Atlantic coast are in the surrounding area. There are also sports possibilities here in the countryside or on the water, great gastronomic offers, a wellness temple, historic villages and sights, as well as folklore festivals.

Near Viana do Castelo, a small typical city, 10 km away from the Atlantic Coast with plenty of blue flag beaches, less than 1 hour driving distance from OPO airport, Porto, Guimarães, Braga, Vigo and National Park Penêda Gerês.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
