General

The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private), a billiard, a balcony, a barbecue, a terrace and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

The house has three double bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, two twin bedrooms with the possibility of extra beds on request, and a flat with kitchenette, all with private bathroom and shower. There is also a lounge with TV and TV box, fireplace and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden shed with dining furniture and a games room with pool table and table football.

During your stay, we invite you to visit the wine estates near Ponte de Lima, enjoy a lovely walk, cycle ride or even horse ride, savour the best snacks from the typical "tascas minhotas" or savour the nectar of the gods in the vinho verde cellars, the ancestral cradle of the estate.
On a three-hectare estate, the farm produces a wide range of fruit, including chestnuts, grapes, apples, oranges, mandarins, lemons, walnuts and figs, as well as a wide variety of aromatic herbs. We produce jams, fruit preserves, wines, liqueurs and teas for sale.

Just 5 minutes from Ponte de Lima, shops and restaurants, and 50 minutes from Vigo and Sá Carneiro airports.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
