Cable TV also available.Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city centre and surroundings, with various public transports nearby including metro and bus.The fan is provided for hot summer days, as well as the electric radiator to warm you up during your stay.The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double bed for two people, a bedroom with two single beds and another room with a bunk bed for two, which gives capacity to accommodate 6 people.The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher and washing machine.Both bed linen and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.In-person check-in from 3 PM to 12 AM. Please note that there is a late check-in fee of €30 from 8 PM, payable upon arrival.Smoking is only permitted outside the property. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra. Note that at the beginning of each stay longer than 20 nights we will send the current readings and make the readings on the day of your check out.Make sure you have placed the correct number of guests in your booking and/or request a change to the correct number of guests before your check-in. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
