Park your car in the garage and enjoy the location and do everything on foot, 15 minutes by car from Porto city centre with transport nearby if you prefer to use them, an area surrounded by restaurants, supermarket, all types of commerce.Easy and peaceful check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 am, with no costs for late arrivals.Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
