The villa enjoys a unique location by the beach in Vila Baleira on the island of Porto Santo, on a 1300m² site with direct access to the beach.

Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The bamboo bedroom has two single beds and next to it there is the red bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed for two children. These two bedrooms also share a bathroom with a bath and shower. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Italian coffee machine and washing machine. The living and dining rooms have bamboo furniture and provide space for eight people.

The extensive site with a lawn and a terrace invites you to relax. The terrace has a barbecue with a dining area for up to ten people. From here you can enjoy a lovely view of the sea.

There are restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity and there is a golf course nearby.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
