Mountain view holiday apartments in a century house, only recently (2017) restored to integrate both modern and classical style architecture This modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located in the picturesque village of Ponta Delgada, council of Sao Vicente, along the north coast of Madeira Island. It is in a privileged location close to a grocery shop, pharmacy, emergency services and petrol station. Other interesting spots like beach and “Bom Jesus” church are just a 10min walk away.

You will stay at one of the apartments on the first floor of the house. Each apartment is totally equipped for your leisure, room, balcony, restroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen (including kitchen utensils), free Wi-Fi and a TV with international channels.

The kitchen and living room are combined. The bed is 1.60m (63in). Washing machine is available (and dryer upon request). Children up to 3 years old, do not pay for the stay and a crib is available for the baby (without extra charges). The apartments are ideal for a maximum of 3 persons, in this case, an extra bed (single - 0,80m or 31,5in) is installed in the living area of the apartment.

Lift chair for stairs is available. Check in from 14h till 19h. Late check in available, please inform the expected time of arrival in case you are not able to arrive before 19h. Check out till 12h. Late departure is available by mutual agreement.

A few steps from the house you will find a supermarket, station service, ATM machine, pharmacy and several coffe shops. Restaurants are less than a mile distance.

At 40 Km from Funchal and 50 Km from the airport, this unit offers you the calm and relaxing life of the country side, just 30min (by car) from the capital. This town offers the possibility to walk through “veredas” and “levadas”, this way you can admire “Laurissilva” forest, which is recognized as World Heritage by UNESCO.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
