In the laundry room it has a washing machine, wall-mounted clothes dryers and portable dryer, iron, ironing board and a hair dryer. On the terrace there are two loungers, a comfortable rocking chair, a small coffee table with two chairs.

The apartment is surrounded, within walking distance, by the Galo Resort, various hotels, restaurants, pizzaria La Carbonara, Reis Magos Beach, beautiful ocean promenade, Hotel Riu, all within 1 km distance. It is located next to a bus stop for a trip to Funchal, Airport Shuttle service, tourist service. Only 5 minutes drive by car to Miradouro do Cristo Rei, Garajau Cable car, Garajau Beach and Mero Diving center.

The apartment entrance has two glass elevators that when using them you can enjoy the amazing view of the ocean and mountains.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
