The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace and a garden. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

This Villa is close to the Calheta Beach, in a tranquil setting in the village Estreito da Calheta.

The patio has a garden, outdoor furniture with sunbeds and a jacuzzi. The property is suitable for children and it as outdoor parking space.

The ground floor is about 55 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a double bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower and bidet. As the ceilings are very high, a floor with a second bedroom with a double bed was created, which was complemented by a guest toilet.The house has two floors. The gound floor comprises the following rooms: Living room with two double sofas, one lounge sofa and one dining table with 6 chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, an oven, fridge, microave, kettle, diswasher and a traditional oven. Plus there is a garden, terrace, outdoor furniture, sunbeds and a jacuzzi.The first floor comprises two bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub. One bedrrom is with a queen size double bed (1.40m wide). The second bedroom has a bunk/drawer with two single beds (0.90m wide).

Please note that the jacuzzi has an extra cost with 7 days minimum and needs to be requested in advance.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
