General

The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The ground floor lounge area opens out onto secluded courtyard with outdoor seating. The upper living area opens onto an inner courtyard on one side and a BBQ terrace on the other with full length sliding glass doors. From this level steps lead up to the private swimming pool which is landscaped into a large terrace with sun-bed facilities for 6 people.

Stone Cottage is perfect for 4 to 6 people. It has a well equipped open plan kitchen and indoor dining area with seating facilities for 6 people. The comfortably furnished lounge area on the ground floor has a flat screen tv and wood burning stove. One of the 3 couches is a Sleeper couch which is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children up to 12 years. Upstairs the main bedroom has King sized bed (180cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90cm). The separate bathroom (upstairs) has a full bath with over bath shower and the second bathroom (downstairs) has a large walk in shower and washing machine facilities.

There is secure off street parking available for 1 car. A baby cot and high chair is available on request. All linens and towels are provided

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
