This small holiday flat is located on the first floor. It is located in the municipality of Castelo, in the fortified castle of Castelo de São Jorge. As car traffic in this area is restricted to residents, the advantages of absolute tranquillity and a central location in the heart of Lisbon can be combined here.

Through the glass door in the living room, an external metal staircase leads to the small private courtyard, equipped with a table and chairs and a parasol.

The renovated 26 m² flat can accommodate up to four people if required, ideally for two people or a couple with a child. In the entrance area there is a lounge furnished with armchairs and cable TV. The kitchen, which also houses the washing machine, has a small dining area and is fully equipped. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom has a washbasin, shower and toilet. The second bedroom, with a double bed, is in the attic, accessible via a steep staircase.

The flat's ideal location in the heart of Lisbon makes it an ideal base from which to explore the city. Public transport, including tram line 28, is less than five minutes away. Bus line 737 runs from Castelo to Praça da Figueira in Lisbon city centre. From the "Miradouro de Santa Luzia" viewpoint, you have a magnificent view of the Alfama district.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
