General

The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a balcony, a terrace, a garden (fenced), a barbecue, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (heated and private). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

The luxurious villa is in Adão Lobo (Silver Coast), about 50 minutes from Lisbon airport, located on a quiet hill (5 min drive from the centre of Cadaval). Everything is brand new, equipped with a modern open kitchen, dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a total of 8 beds, air conditioning, modern furniture, ..., everything you need. There is a private heated pool from May to September with built-in solar shutter. In October, March and April, the pool can be heated. The other months, confusion of the pool is not possible. (Small children must be watched very carefully by the pool) In the region there are several beautiful sights, beautiful nature, surfing paradises, beaches, nice restaurants, ...

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
