Less than 30 km away you will find six golf courses, including Portugal's number one 'Praia D'el Rei'. Close to the walled old fortified town of Obidos and other picturesque villages such as Torres Vedras and Peniche; a good 45 minutes' drive from the beautiful capital Lisbon and an hour's drive from Sintra. Surf school at five km, ideal surf beaches at 1, 5 and 15 km. Beautiful wine routes in the vicinity, wine route Obidos and Oeste. Further sports facilities nearby, including swimming, snorkelling, fishing, paragliding carting, windsurfing, etc. The village of Atalaia is within walking distance and has all utilities, modest shopping and dining facilities, ATM. Lourinha three km away has some supermarkets, a fresh market, several shops and restaurants, banks, museums, etc. The villa is in an agricultural and horticultural area with associated poultry. Eight km from the house, since March 2018, there is the largest open-air Dinosaur park in Europe, ideal for an unusual and unique outing.

Free wireless internet and a washing machine are available. The swimming pool can be heated. In the mid-season, outdoor temperatures can fluctuate greatly. If the outside temperature drops too low at night or during the day, e.g. below 13°C, we cannot guarantee that the water temperature can be heated to a comfortable swimming temperature. Please check the weather forecast before ordering the heater. Once the heating is switched on, it will also be charged.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
