Modern and cosy house for 6 people with sea view. Located 2 km from Peralta Beach or Porto Das Barcas Beach. Near the house there is an ATM, a café and a mini-market with local products and fresh bread every morning. Very close by you can find good restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and surf schools. If you like surfing is ideal as it is situated between Santa Cruz and Peniche, two of the best places in Portugal. The local beaches are also ideal for surfing or just a few days with family or friends.

We are only 60 km from Lisbon airport and 20 km from Peniche, where you can visit the Berlengas archipelago, one of Portugal's most unspoilt and unspoilt paradises. If you like scuba diving, you'll love the transparent, greenish waters, full of marine life.
Closer to home, you can go kite-surfing, surfing, go-karting, tennis, horse-riding, rent-a-bikes and scooters.
Around 8 km away is the Dinoparque, Portugal's largest outdoor museum.
25 km is Buddha Eden Garden and about 70 km, you can see the giant waves of Nazareth.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
