The master bedroom on the first floor has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a private balcony with a table and chairs and fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the golf course, and the lake. A spiral staircase provides direct access to the pool area. The spacious living/dining room features a table and chairs for six, three sofas, a TV, a DVD player, Wi-Fi, and doors leading to the outdoor terrace with a pool (7.5 x 4.5 meters – heating is available at an additional cost), a table, and chairs for al fresco dining. This area is also accessible from the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a washer/dryer.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
