The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, a stereo, a fireplace and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a balcony or terrace, a terrace, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, two showers, two toilets and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven and a coffee maker.

Caldas da Rainha, 8 km away, features a lively market, cafes, and shops, while golf courses, cycling routes, and nature reserves provide further opportunities for outdoor adventure. Pets are not allowed, ensuring a tranquil and comfortable stay.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 70,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
