Sailing school, the world's most beautiful golf courses, wonderful restaurants and historic sights are very near. A perfect base for beach or golf or for a luxury family holiday.

Brand new modern and luxurious villa with a large living room and kitchen including a cooking island. There are four bedrooms - two are en-suite. The bedrooms have four double beds, large HD 4K smart TV in every room and super fast WiFi. Each room in the villa has air conditioning and heating. The living room has a state of the art audio system and a modern fireplace. Two mountain bikes are available in the villa .

This accommodation is planned for a family holiday, so we ask for your understanding that we cannot accept groups of young people and group bookings. Therefore, please always include all names and ages when booking so that you can expect a quick response to your booking.

A large heated pool, even in winter season, gives you the right relaxation. The garden is equipped with sunbeds under the palm trees and a large outdoor table for eight people. Light shade cloths provide good protection against the sun. Next to the terrace is a stone barbecue for the preparation of those delicious Portuguese dishes. Beautiful landscape views on three sides.

Villa Au bain Marie is on the end of a street and thus a very high level of privacy. Still very close to the beach and shops including a large supermarket . Caldas da Rainha is only twenty minutes away. Obidos, Nazaré,Alcobaça, Leiria, Fatima, Coimbra and of course Lisbon are fantastic to visit and close by.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
