The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool (private), a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Casa da Quinta its a beautiful and very confortable House, offering total privacy and exclusivity. Its a House with two floors , both give acess to diferent gardens, and comprises:
– 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, hairdryer, smart TVs and wardrobes. Possibility to add a baby cot or travel bed, upon request.
– 1 fully furnished and equipped kitchen with counter. Appliances included (ceramic hob, oven, combined fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hand blender, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster).
– 2 living / dining rooms with two wood stoves, dining table, chairs, two sofas (one in each room), another maple and TV.

Outdoor covered area with a wooden deck, barbecue, a table to prepare a delicious meal and a stone open air fireplace as the perfect company for the colder nights.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
