Located in the city center, near the old market and in front of the River Gilão, this house is located in a riverside area that has been recently requalified that allows good walks along the river. Close to the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to move by car. From restaurants, public services, transport and especially the boat to the beach (Tavira Island) whose embarkation pier is just a few meters away.

With its balconies and large windows, this house is great for enjoying the river view and the excellent sun exposure it receives all year round. All rooms are air-conditioned which allows for greater comfort regardless of the time of year you visit Tavira. The rooms also have cable TV. Wi-fi with full coverage. Next to the house there is a public garden where, during the summer, there is a wide variety of activities and also a market where you can buy fresh products. This house is situated in a place within easy reach of public transport, either by bus (the terminal is a 10-minute walk away) or by train (the station is a 15-minute walk away). The free car park is 2 minutes from the house.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
