A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The holiday home has a security system with camera that does not in any way violate the privacy of our guests Charging of e-vehicles not permitted To safeguard our property and the well-being of our guests, individuals under 30 years of age may be subject to additional verification to clarify the intent of their stay. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 10:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment. Business guests are welcome in this accommodation, but there is a personal volume restriction. The maximum number of persons staying must be equal to the number of bedrooms of the accommodation. Exceeding is not permitted. (for example: 3 bedrooms = 3 people maximum

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
