General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a garden (fenced), a terrace, a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Our villa is a luxurious, picturesque and charming detached villa with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, located in São Bras de Alportel (Faro region - Algarve), near the village of Santa Bárbara de Nexe and just a few minutes from the town of Loulé. The villa is located in a very quiet area, about 15 to 20 minutes' drive from the beach and Faro International Airport.

There is a beautiful, irrigated private garden with various leisure facilities, a 12 x 6 m pool, a barbecue area, a table tennis table and a dartboard. There is also a double garage and outdoor parking for several cars, as well as space for a boat or caravan. A fantastic villa in the countryside, yet close to all amenities.

The ground floor comprises a spacious entrance hall leading to the spacious living room with underfloor heating and a separate dining room. Adjacent is a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, also with underfloor heating, and a separate laundry room. Casa Yaenos has four bedrooms with three bathrooms and a toilet. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
