The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living room has a sofa suite including a sofa bed (140 x 200cm) for up to two people and a TV (Portuguese channels). You can sit at the dining table. Two children’s beds can be provided at a supplementary charge. The bathroom comprises a toilet, washbasin, shower and bath. The kitchen has both a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The kitchen opens onto a 5m² balcony with two garden chairs and a table. The shared pool invites you to swim lengths or to cool off. You can park your car securely in a private garage (payable). There is a barbecue for shared use in the garden.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
