General

The holiday home for 8 persons has four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a stereo, a TV and a heater. In addition there is a garden, a terrace and a swimming pool and there are three sets of garden furniture and five air conditioners. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, four hairdryers, four showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

The spacious living/dining room and the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and cozy breakfast bar offer ample space for up to eight people to cook and eat. Those seeking a more secluded spot will find plenty of room on the gallery. The living room features a large television, and on cooler evenings, a fire in the recently renovated fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with a large shower, hairdryer, and vanity mirror. One bathroom also includes a bathtub. All windows are equipped with electric shutters and mosquito nets.

Thanks to the Algarve's abundant sunshine, life here is largely lived outdoors. The spacious, covered terrace is easily accessible from the house and provides the perfect seating and dining area overlooking the pool. A built-in charcoal barbecue is also available for your use.

The pool area is also conveniently accessible from the terrace. The large pool (5 x 10 m) is surrounded by a beautiful glass railing, which parents of young children will surely appreciate. In addition to an outdoor shower, there is another seating area with a large table and built-in benches. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers are also available.

The lovely garden, with its many olive trees, grapevines, pomegranates, and fig trees (snacks allowed!), invites you to linger and offers children ample space to play.

On the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy the sunrise while having breakfast; a seating area with a dining table is also provided there. In the evening, it's the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif while watching the sunset and the view of the Ria Formosa.

Parking is not a problem. Several vehicles can be accommodated under a shaded carport and in additional parking spaces within the fenced property. Groceries can be brought directly from the car to the kitchen. With the exception of the access to the gallery and rooftop terrace, the entire property is almost entirely stair-free.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
