The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with nine double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a TV, a heater and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool, a garden and a terrace and there are two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with three showers, three hairdryers, three bidets, three baths and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge, four washing machines and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

Casa dela Cresta is a beautifully situated villa above the small seaside resort of Luz, just a 10-minute drive from Lagos. The sandy beach of Luz, restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance.

The expansive sea views, the well-maintained garden and terrace, and the proximity to the beach provide the perfect setting for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The garden, with its Mediterranean plants and large palm trees, is an oasis for nature lovers.

Guests are welcomed by a beautiful round entrance gate and a spacious driveway with parking for their car.

The well-maintained property is fully fenced, making it ideal for families with young children.

The villa's layout is perfect for three couples or a family of six. The three comfortably furnished bedrooms (the first-floor bedroom is a spacious living/bedroom (approx. 60 sq m) with a private terrace offering stunning sea views and an en-suite bathroom) each feature built-in wardrobes. All bedrooms have direct access to the outside. Two additional spacious bathrooms are available for guests of the lower bedrooms. The living room with dining area opens onto the magnificent pool terrace, also with sea views. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and more. Unobstructed sea views can be enjoyed from the spacious pool area (freshwater pool approx. 12 m long) and the roof terrace.

Guests have the option of enjoying the panoramic views from both the enclosed, partially covered terrace and the roof terrace.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
