General

The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. This beautiful villa is located in the small village of Sesmarias, which consists of small villas. Only three kilometres from two of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve (Caneiros and Carvoeiro).

The villa has its own swimming pool with mosaic decoration, which is cleaned very regularly. Orange trees border the pool and a peaceful garden surrounds the house. Next to the pool there is a grill where you can prepare delicious fish fresh from the sea. The property is fenced and therefore also dog friendly.

The Algarve-style villa for six people has a living area of approximately 100 m². It consists of three comfortably furnished bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The largest bedroom has its own terrace and en suite bathroom, while another bathroom with bathtub is accessed via the hallway. The modern kitchen is very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge with freezer, cooker and espresso machine). The kitchen is connected to the spacious living-dining room with a sitting area by the fireplace. From the living room there is access to the covered south-facing terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. All rooms are on the same floor, plus there is a roof terrace with sea views on the roof of the house.

The best conditions for a successful holiday, whether you wish to relax by your own pool or on the beach or explore the western and central Algarve with its beaches and rock formations.

The villa is situated in the small town of Sesmarias, which consists of many villas. The centre of the small town is only 150 metres away and has a mini-market, two cafés, a newsagent and a restaurant. Within three kilometres you can reach beautiful beaches (Praia dos Carneiros, Praia do Carvoeiro), picturesque fishing villages, as well as a golf course, tennis courts and a water adventure park. A small beach can also be reached on foot, two kilometres away.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
