Welcome – our villa is located in Portugal, on the Algarve coast, just a 20-minute drive from Faro Airport. Casa do Esquilo – a truly romantic retreat – offers 110 m² of living space and comfortably accommodates up to four people. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm and 160 cm wide, respectively). The south-facing bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the north-facing bedroom has its own separate bathroom. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The spacious living room features a comfortable leather sofa, a wood-burning stove, and an extendable dining table with four chairs. On the large balcony terrace, you can relax in the sun or enjoy the fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean. A sun terrace is located near the pool.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
