This detached house on 10000 square metres of land in a secluded location is situated in the picturesque village of Barao de Sao Joao, just a few minutes' drive from the beaches of the Algarve.
It invites you to relax. The property has a pool for exclusive use surrounded by fig and almond trees.

The large plot and the area of Atalaia invite you to go for a walk. If you like walking, you can reach Barao in 30 minutes on foot, where there are several cafés and pubs.
The nearest beach is about 10 minutes away by car.

The outdoor area is equipped with gas barbecue and sun loungers as well as a pool 10x5 m the property invites you to linger.
In August, the figs are also a treat for our holiday guests, as are the almonds.

The ecological log cabin was built in 2005 and is constantly maintained, it is very well maintained and the furnishings are of high quality.

Barao is about 10 kilometres from Lagos. You can reach the supermarket or the west coast, which is ideal for surfing, in just a few minutes by car.
There are also many restaurants and cafes in the area that provide the right holiday atmosphere.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
