It has a sunny location in a car-free resort. The distance to the sea and the beach is about two kilometres. It is easily accessible, being only 20 km from Faro Airport.

There is a communal swimming pool (4 m x 11 m) and public parking in the street for shared use. There is a shop, a supermarket, a bus stop every km, a supermarket is about 2 km away, a restaurant about 1.5 km, the train station about 700 m, the sandy beach of Fuzeta about 2 km and a golf course (18 holes) about 5 km. Nearby attractions are in Olhão 10 km, Tavira 10 km, Faro 30 km, Seville 250 km, Montegordo 25 km, Albufeira 60 km.

A travel cot is available upon request, as well as a bicycle for exploring the area.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
