A private gated swimming pool, which can be heated as an optional extra, is set in a beautifully landscaped outdoor space.

The golden beaches of Santa Eulalia, Maria Luisa, and Oura are within five minutes, perfect for sunbathing and water activities. Nearby, guests will find a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as golf courses and other recreational options. Car hire is not necessary, but assistance can be provided upon request.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, washing machine, and dishwasher. A spacious patio with a barbecue area offers a fantastic setting for alfresco dining with family and friends. Check-in is available from four o clock, and check-out is by ten o clock. Minimum stays apply, with additional fees for extra guests or amenities. Tourist taxes may apply.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
